WPRocket: The best WordPress caching plugin?

As WordPress users, we know about WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache for the most part. There are some other smaller caching plugins in the repository, but with fewer options and users.

Even though the above plugins do what they promise to do, this is not enough to fully optimize a website.

While I knew about this, I left it untouched for a long time.

How we met

About a month ago I was looking through my control panel inside A2hosting and noticed WPRocket) in there.

I didn’t know what it was so I checked it out, and as it turned out it is a WordPress caching plugin.

I decided to give it a try, it promised a whole lot more optimization options than WP Super Cache which I was using at the time.

Options include the below and the list goes on. For me it is the most comprehensive caching & optimization plugin that I know of .

WHW’s speed increased significantly after setting it up.

Please see below test performed through GTMetrix. Previously these indicators were around 80% and 70%.

I wouldn’t go into the more advanced settings, but we have the opportunity to give custom rules on caching and the other optimization types on a bulk basis or on a page/post basis.

All in all, I highly recommend this plugin for everyone who wants a more efficient and fast website.

Once you give this plugin a shot, the only question you’ll be asking is why didn’t you came across this a year ago. This is why I love and host this site with A2hosting – they provide all the help to create a fast website.
